Today at Prime Minister’s Questions Selaine Saxby MP asked whether as part of planning reforms, he might consider binding covenants being applied to new builds to be used as a primary residence and not as a holiday let or second home, and for existing homes must register for a change of use if becoming a holiday let.

Ms. Saxby was pleased to hear the Prime Minister remains committed to giving people a chance to own a home in the place where they live. Vibrant coastal communities must not become winter ghost towns.
